Product Proposal & Quotation
We review your requirements and provide a quotation covering the agreed specifications, minimum order quantity and estimated production lead time. Delivery terms and applicable costs are clarified in the quotation.

Sample Evaluation
Samples can be arranged upon agreement to review the product’s appearance, functions and specifications. Sample charges, shipping costs and preparation time are confirmed separately.

Order & Customization Approval
We confirm the models, quantities, specifications, branding and packaging requirements, together with the order documents, payment terms and delivery schedule. Customization details are approved before production.

Production
Materials and production are arranged according to the approved order. Product configuration and assembly are monitored during production. Any changes are reviewed and agreed before implementation.

Quality Checks & Packing
Products and packaging are checked against the agreed order requirements, including appearance, functions, models, quantities, labels and carton details. Third-party inspection can be discussed in advance.

Shipment Coordination
Shipment is coordinated under the agreed delivery terms. We can work with your nominated freight forwarder and provide the agreed packing and shipping documents. Transport arrangements and costs follow the order agreement.

After-Sales Support
If you encounter product or usage issues after delivery, share your order details, model numbers and relevant photos or videos. We will assist with verification and handle the matter under the agreed terms, while supporting repeat orders.
